Our Commitment to Clarity
Custom project milestone payments are subject to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement. Refunds for work-in-progress are prorated based on completed deliverables. Clearline Digital LLC is committed to fair resolution of any payment disputes, managed through direct communication.
All consultancy package fees are non-refundable once the initial advisory session has commenced. Clients may cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled session. Rescheduling is available without penalty with 12 hours' notice.
